Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile to create a positive first impression in the restaurant, bar, or event areas
• Coordinate guest seating based on reservations and current occupancy to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and an appealing setup in the reception and waiting areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Inform guests about menu options, special offers, and upcoming events
• Manage reservations, maintain reservation lists, and efficiently handle the table plan
• Support service staff to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and guests
• Act as a point of contact for guest questions, requests, or complaints with a professional attitude

Requirements

• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to tasks
• Passion for gastronomy and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use digital tools and adapt to new systems
