About the role
Responsibilities
- Record total Food & Beverage purchases by checking invoice extensions and additions
- Classify F&B purchases in the purchase journal by type or payment terms
- Determine and report actual daily and monthly F&B costs
- Categorize F&B issues to independent kitchens and bars
- Perform reconciliation of meat tags
- Prepare employee and supervisor cafeteria cost records
- Conduct monthly F&B inventory including counting, pricing, and reconciling values
- Prepare monthly summary of meat consumption
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hotel accounting experience preferred
- Excellent English language skills
- Familiarity with Financials System and Reporting System
- Proficiency in Micros POS and Excel
- Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical abilities
