About the role

Responsibilities

  • Record total Food & Beverage purchases by checking invoice extensions and additions
  • Classify F&B purchases in the purchase journal by type or payment terms
  • Determine and report actual daily and monthly F&B costs
  • Categorize F&B issues to independent kitchens and bars
  • Perform reconciliation of meat tags
  • Prepare employee and supervisor cafeteria cost records
  • Conduct monthly F&B inventory including counting, pricing, and reconciling values
  • Prepare monthly summary of meat consumption

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hotel accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Familiarity with Financials System and Reporting System
  • Proficiency in Micros POS and Excel
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical abilities
