F&B Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external correspondence and communications for the F&B department
• Maintain archives of documents, contracts, suppliers, and departmental files
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the F&B Manager
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for Food & Beverage procurements
• Assist in scheduling and managing F&B staff shifts
• Coordinate special guest requests and dietary preferences
• Support inventory management and verify supplier deliveries
• Monitor compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Manage and coordinate reservations for restaurants and bars
• Act as a point of contact between the F&B department and other hotel departments
• Participate in department meetings and distribute minutes

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in luxury F&B
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with F&B management systems (POS, inventory software)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
