F&B Captain

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the F&B service team to maintain impeccable standards
• Provide outstanding guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
• Ensure all dining areas are prepared, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Assist in training new staff members and support continuous team development
• Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely service and accuracy
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control processes
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an F&B Captain role within a 5-star luxury hotel setting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Must be currently located in the UAE
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or related certification
