F&B Attendant

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and regular customers in a fast-paced campus café environment
• Manage daily venue operations including coffee making and food preparation
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and venue presentation
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a role model to peers and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as wait staff in a high-volume, fast-paced café or F&B outlet
• Strong understanding of HACCP/Food Safety and WHS laws
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster in accordance with business needs
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Enthusiastic, personable attitude with a focus on customer service
