F&B Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and energetic service to all guests in the Qantas Lounges
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
• Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style service and A La Carte dining points
• Perform food and beverage tray rounds and individual table service
• Ensure service trolleys, plates, cutlery, and glassware are clean and tidy
• Greet and farewell guests warmly to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Valid RSA Certificate
• A strong passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to work a permanent part-time roster, including weekdays (Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Flexibility to adapt to flight schedule changes and disruptions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven barista experience
• Previous bar experience
• Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Interest in developing a long-term career in hospitality or tourism
