F&B Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them to their seats
• Present menus and suggest cocktails or daily specials
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and wine lists
• Take orders and prepare them for presentation
• Replenish water and serve coffee
• Clear tables and reset them quickly using proper methods
• Process customer restaurant bills accurately
• Clean tables, chairs, and floor areas
• Maintain dining room readiness and cleanliness
• Assist the service team to exceed guest expectations
• Possess and maintain a valid liquor card
• Promote hotel services and local information to guests
• Resolve guest dissatisfaction with empathy and efficiency

Requirements

• One year of restaurant experience, preferably in hospitality
• High school diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with hotel employees and managers
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
• Strong floor presence with focus and energy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
