F&B Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them to their seats
• Present menus and suggest cocktails or daily specials
• Take orders and prepare them for presentation
• Replenish water and serve coffee
• Clear tables and process restaurant bills accurately
• Clean and reset tables, chairs, and floor areas
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local information
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through the Yes I Can! service ethos
• Adhere to hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• One year of restaurant experience, preferably in hospitality
• High school diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Valid liquor card
