Fault Chaser

Responsibilities

• Monitor ASRS cranes and analyze/resolve errors quickly to maintain maximum throughput and uptime
• Investigate and resolve issues in pick-up and delivery stations to prevent pallet backlog
• Provide feedback and instruction to Distribution Operators regarding proper pallet induction
• Trigger replenishments via PkMS to decrease product shortages for manufacturing and shipping
• Perform PM/housekeeping work within LOTO areas and assist ASRS Techs with repairs
• Support shipping operations as a shipping associate when not performing technical functions
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and policies

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain LOTO and Fall Protection certifications
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs–100lbs and work at heights
• Basic math knowledge and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Shift D: 6PM-6AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as PkMS or SAP
• Experience operating forklifts, hoists, or other industrial vehicles (PIV)
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperatures and loud noises
