Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs in apartments and common areas
• Execute carpentry, painting, and light plumbing and electrical work
• Replace locks, fixtures, adjust doors, seal windows, and fix minor water damage or leaks
• Handle service requests and document completed work in systems
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with tenants during service calls
• Collaborate with property managers and other professional groups
• Follow work environment and safety routines

Requirements

• Practical experience in property maintenance or manual trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical)
• Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic computer literacy for task registration and documentation
• B-driver's license is a merit
• Strong focus on safety and work environment protocols
