About the role
Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining grass areas
- Weeding flower beds, walkways, and property areas
- Managing waste rooms and waste handling, including sorting and emptying
- Performing simple ongoing outdoor maintenance and inspection tasks
- Reporting deviations and maintenance needs to management or responsible contact persons
Requirements
- Valid B-driver's license
- Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Basic digital maturity to receive tasks and report via mobile or computer
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with lawn mowing, weeding, or similar outdoor work
- Experience with waste management and handling recycling rooms
