Perform simple outdoor tasks such as lawn mowing, weeding, hedge and bush trimming, and maintenance of flower boxes and plantings
Clear and supervise courtyard areas, walkways, and common areas to create a safe and welcoming environment
Perform small repairs and maintenance of surfaces and simple building details, including basic carpentry and painting
Maintain trash cans, waste stations, and recycling areas, assisting with order and cleanliness around properties
Report and document deviations, needs for larger actions, or errors to management
Communicate respectfully with residents and colleagues and collaborate with property and operations staff as needed
Follow work environment and safety routines and ensure tools and materials are stored safely and orderly

Practical and service-oriented with an interest in outdoor maintenance and property care
Experience in gardening or groundworks is meritorious
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
Basic computer literacy for registering work and error reports is meritorious
B-driver's license is meritorious for movement between areas
Ability to follow safety regulations and work safely regarding own and others' work environment
