Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving Greek street food with speed and accuracy
• Delivering friendly, fast, and efficient customer service
• Handling cash and operating the register
• Performing food preparation and kitchen operations
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet restaurant goals

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and school holidays
• Completion of I'm Alert Food Safety Course
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Ability to obtain an RSA Certificate within 30 days of commencing

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast food or hospitality
