Fast Food Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant to a high standard
• Supervise and support team members, including junior staff
• Train and develop staff to achieve outstanding results
• Monitor store performance and meet KPIs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally
• Assist with food preparation, including deep fryer and grill operation
• Manage cash handling and register operations
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and strict food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role within fast food or hospitality
• I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (must be completed before starting)
• Valid working rights in Australia
• RSA Certificate (to be obtained within 30 days of commencing)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
