Fast Food Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance, and scheduling
• Maintain and elevate service standards for guest experience
• Drive profitability by managing costs and meeting KPIs
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld
• Act as a brand ambassador reflecting company values

Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on financial performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High standards of food safety and operational excellence
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Completion of I'm Alert Food Safety Course
• Ability to obtain RSA Certificate within 30 days
