Responsibilities

• Serve customers and align with the company vision
• Advise customers on trends, morphology, colors, and materials
• Cooperate and assume different roles and missions within the store
• Sell and build customer loyalty through efficient service
• Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising, stock collection, and promotions
• Ensure the store is presentable and inviting
• Optimize store work to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Organizational skills and autonomy
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• 12th grade education
• Availability to travel during the initial training period
