Fashion PR and Talent Relations Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute talent strategy by identifying and managing relationships with talents, influencers, and agencies
• Oversee talent collaborations and ensure alignment with PR and influencer marketing
• Optimize talent budget with a cost-conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
• Conduct talent mapping and research to identify brand-aligned individuals
• Plan and execute paid and earned talent activities and partnerships
• Manage partnership contracts, briefings, and event collaborations
• Track and evaluate talent engagement effectiveness and sentiment

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR or VIP/celebrity relations
• Proven track record of managing talent and celebrity partnerships
• Deep interest in fashion and understanding of media channels
• Established network within the fashion and celebrity landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
