Fashion Place Stylist

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor to provide a welcoming environment
• Provide personalized assistance by answering merchandise-related questions and offering styling advice
• Meet individual daily sales goals, including SPH, ADS, and UPT
• Maintain store standards by filling, sizing, and folding merchandise throughout the shift
• Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and processing of new merchandise
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor for loss prevention and report any unusual activity to management
• Follow all established safety procedures and company protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail selling
• Ability to operate POS systems and other store computer applications
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• A positive, customer-centric approach to service
• Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and store presentation
