Fashion Designer Woman

Responsibilities

• Design and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity, and market needs
• Create mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics, and technical sketches for collections
• Research trends, fabrics, materials, and new techniques to ensure innovative product proposals
• Work closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs align with price positioning and business strategy
• Follow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs
• Prepare technical documentation and support fittings when required
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements
• Ensure collections respect timing, calendar milestones, and internal processes

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment construction techniques
• Ability to interpret trends and translate them into commercial, brand-aligned designs
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• High level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive attitude and a strong teamwork mindset
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
