About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal menswear knitwear collections aligned with brand vision
- Create detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and CADs using Adobe Illustrator
- Research and source appropriate knit fabrics and trims
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams
- Analyze competitor brands and premium menswear assortments
- Participate in fittings and provide technical input on garment construction
- Monitor global and local fashion trends and cultural shifts
- Maintain design archives and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of fabric and knitwear
- Knowledge of premium and designer menswear brands
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
