Fashion Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womenswear and menswear collections
• Develop seasonal concepts from initial idea to final product, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes
• Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets
• Support fittings, prototype development, and technical implementation to ensure fit and quality
• Conduct continuous trend research and market analysis
• Collaborate closely with product development, buying, and other teams to ensure a consistent brand image

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally with a modern high-street or commercial brand
• Strong knowledge of textiles, pattern making, fit, and product development processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong trend awareness, creativity, and a commercial mindset
• Structured, communicative working style and team spirit
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within seasonal schedules
• Fluent English; German is a plus
