About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver exceptional guest experience in-store
- Support CRM, CX, and customer initiatives
- Collect customer behavior and sales data for business reviews
- Build client relationships through an omnichannel approach
- Support loyalty program promotion and app adoption
- Assist with in-store marketing events and activations
- Follow VM guidelines and SOPs
- Support click-and-collect within SLA requirements
- Share feedback on store performance and product trends
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Emiratisation eligibility
- Customer-facing retail experience preferred
- Ability to support sales and service goals
- Familiarity with luxury retail or fashion preferred
