Fashion Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales
• Act as a brand ambassador by communicating brand values and philosophy
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while following operational policies
• Utilize customer purchasing patterns and databases to build strong client relationships
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and acquisition
• Stay updated on fashion trends, social media campaigns, and competitor activities
• Use clienteling techniques and digital tools to connect virtually with customers
• Manage e-commerce order fulfillment from the store within set SLAs
• Maintain operating standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail
• Strong styling and product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in technical and operational retail skills
