Fashion Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience to build customer relationships and loyalty
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk
• Provide personalized assistance and answer customer questions to promote an inclusive environment
• Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display area
• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and use a step ladder
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg)
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
