• Welcome and advise customers on fashion and style
• Manage collection implementation, hanging, and organization within different departments
• Ensure a unique and human shopping experience for customers
• Maintain versatility by working in sales areas, at the cash register, and in fitting rooms

• Strong interest in ready-to-wear and fashion
• Proven ability to advise, support, and satisfy customers
• Ability to handle intense store activity and remain versatile
• Autonomous with a proactive approach and initiative-taking skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills
