Farm Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across a 200-acre corporate property, including planting, harvesting, and land care
• Oversee livestock care, including feeding, handling, monitoring health, and coordinating veterinary care
• Lead landscaping and groundskeeping efforts, including flower bed maintenance, pruning, and pest management
• Manage irrigation systems through hands-on setup, monitoring, repairs, and schedule adjustments
• Supervise, train, and work alongside farm and grounds staff to ensure productivity
• Act as the primary on-site contact for corporate leadership, providing regular operational updates and insights
• Maintain and operate agricultural equipment, tools, and vehicles

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on farm, ranch, or large property management experience
• Strong working knowledge of livestock care, irrigation systems, and landscaping
• Proven experience operating and maintaining agricultural equipment
• Ability to lead by example in a physically demanding, active role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physical tasks like lifting and bending
