Fan Shop Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service at the Soccer 90 retail location.
• Assist customers with product selection and the checkout process.
• Perform cashier functions using retail Point-of-Sale workstations.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained shopping environment.
• Manage retail operations including set-up, close-out, and receiving/tagging merchandise shipments.
• Participate in seasonal inventory counts and communicate customer requests to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Texas Health Stadium.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings, as most events occur during these times.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the stadium.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in an additional language.
