Fan Engagement & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative digital and in-person fan experiences to deepen connections with audiences in the Americas.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the FC Bayern fan club network across North and South America.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional fan clubs, fostering strong relationships and supporting engagement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of fan events, watch parties, and commercial activations.
• Create compelling pitch materials and presentation decks to showcase the club's brand and drive partner engagement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Support daily regional operations, including stakeholder management and office coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Events, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in event or project management, ideally within sports, entertainment, or an agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to craft professional pitch decks.
• Deep knowledge of and passion for soccer, specifically European football.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have current US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience working within a creative agency.
• Previous experience with international sports organizations or global brands.
