Bashor Children’s Home is looking for a dynamic, energetic, Family Service Coordinator to join an exceptional team of professionals. The right candidate will lead a direct care team committed to providing evidence-based practices in a program milieu for treatment.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for children and families in various treatment settings
• Coordinating appointments, maintaining documentation, and managing case records
• Building connections to community resources and supports
• Participating in team-based treatment planning and family engagement
• Providing direct interventions that promote age-appropriate development
• Supporting youth through all phases of treatment: intake, care, discharge, and aftercare
• Following agency protocols, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Participating in support rotation including one late evening per week and occasional weekends/holidays

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or closely related field
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Commitment to serving a culturally diverse population
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling
• Knowledge of current child welfare practices
