Family Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care within a team-based community health clinic setting
• Manage patient care in a medical home model, coordinating with dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services
• Maintain a 4-day work week schedule with 32 scheduled patient hours per week

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved allopathic or osteopathic medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Demonstrated sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Spanish
