Family Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to adults and families experiencing severe mental illness
• Collaborate with the ACCS team to deliver referrals, linkage to services, and telephonic support
• Advocate for and coach parents and caregivers in navigating mental health, educational, and community systems
• Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate, strengths-based, recovery-oriented care
• Assist with treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, and connecting families to resources

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Lived experience as a caretaker for an adult or youth with mental illness or substance use disorders
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
