Family Medicine Consultant/Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across all age groups, ensuring continuity of care.
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, medical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations for acute and chronic conditions.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Deliver preventive healthcare services, including routine screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialist physicians when required.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience post-specialist or board certification.
• Recognized specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCGP, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, or equivalent).
• Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH licensing in the UAE.
