Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations
• Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging
• Coordinate referrals to medical specialists
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Provide culturally sensitive care to diverse populations

Requirements

• Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Licensed by and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage diverse health issues across all age groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a community-based organization
• Experience working with diverse cultures
