Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, storage, pantry, and toys
• Reset common areas daily such as the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and appointments
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Manage household supply orders via Amazon, Walmart, etc.
• Run errands including dry cleaning, returns, gift shopping, and office-related tasks
• Support packing and unpacking for frequent family travel
• Help with school and activity pick-ups and drop-offs
• Prep backpacks and sports bags for school and activities
• Perform light pet care including walking the dog and managing supplies
• Assist with meal prep, including washing, chopping, and packing allergy-safe lunches
• Manage laundry, including organizing clean clothes and rotating linens

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for errands
• Ability to adhere to strict peanut and tree nut allergy protocols
• Proactive and organized mindset with minimal direction needed
• Comfortable with light pet care
• Ability to pass a background check
