About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve household organization systems across multiple properties
- Support daily household reset, light tidying, and seasonal home prep
- Manage administrative tasks including inbox management, travel logistics, and digital organization
- Oversee vendors such as cleaners, gardeners, and contractors
- Manage household inventory, grocery restocking, and weekly errands
- Assist with meal prep logistics, kitchen organization, and light healthy cooking
- Manage laundry, linen care, and household supply systems
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled
- Provide daily dog walks and support pet care routines
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
- Comfort working with a large dog (German Shepherd)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience with Notion is a plus
- Ability to perform extended daily dog walks
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
