Family Assistant and Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms daily, including dishwashing and vacuuming high-traffic areas
• Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks using whole-food ingredients
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, and steaming clothing
• Track and restock household supplies, groceries, and toiletries
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and returns
• Coordinate household service providers and vendors
• Support afternoon daycare pick-up routines and provide light childcare when needed
• Assist with administrative tasks like travel planning and calendar management
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and property systems like hot tubs or saunas

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of Kelowna, BC
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Experience managing private homes with established systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to pass a background check
