Responsibilities

Interns will focus within one of two core departments:

Carrier Sales

• Build relationships with transportation providers
• Negotiate rates and lock in capacity
• Learn market dynamics and pricing strategy
• Manage the freight journey from pickup to delivery

Inside Sales / Account Management

• Champion customer relationships and support success
• Execute freight sales and account management fundamentals
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Assist with load execution and service management

Requirements

• Current college student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree
• Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester
• Able to work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Competitive mindset and strong verbal communication skills
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by professional development
• Strong time-management skills
