Fairmont Gold Supervisor (Front Office)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in guest service and act as liaison between the hotel and guests
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt, and courteous manner
• Perform all front desk duties including posting charges, check in/out, auditing, and reporting
• Review Fairmont Gold reservations for accuracy and standard compliance
• Provide concierge information regarding local attractions, restaurants, and excursions
• Coordinate arrival and departure experiences for VIPs and market mix
• Ensure food and beverage standards are adhered to and assist Lounge Attendants as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk supervisory experience in a large hotel preferred
• Proficiency in Micros-Opera Property Manager, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in Royal Service or guest recovery
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of a Hotel Management or Hospitality program
