Faculty - Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs for procurement, supply chain, and logistics professionals.
• Design training modules covering procurement processes, supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation.
• Utilize various instructional methods including classroom instruction, workshops, simulations, and online learning platforms.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different organizations and industries.
• Incorporate real-world case studies and industry best practices into training sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, new technologies, and best practices in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation modes, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia resources.
• Willingness to travel to deliver training sessions at various locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a teaching or professional training capacity.
• Professional certification in training and development.
