Responsibilities
- Teach a range of courses and prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments
- Assess student progress through grading assignments, papers, and exams
- Advise students on course selection and academic goal achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development for degree and certificate programs
- Conduct research, write proposals, and publish academic papers
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and theses
- Participate in faculty meetings, governance, and quality assurance administration
- Invigilate examinations
Requirements
- PhD degree in a related field from a recognized institution
- Experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Minimum of one year of experience as a full professor
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership qualities aligned with core values of integrity, engagement, and excellence
