Faculty Member in Obstetrics & Gynecology Medicine

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate courses related to Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Design and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Provide academic advice and mentorship to students and faculty
• Develop and enhance medical curricula, learning methodologies, and evaluation systems
• Participate in faculty development programs and training initiatives
• Contribute to community engagement and interdisciplinary collaborations
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of the Program

Requirements

• Ph.D., MD, or MBBS with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education
• Expertise in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and educational technology
• Strong research background with a proven track record of publications
• Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified training or diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience in faculty development and training programs
