Faculty Member in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver English language courses focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking for preparatory year students
• Strengthen students' academic writing, grammar, and communication skills to prepare them for medical studies
• Apply student-centered teaching methods and utilize digital tools like Blackboard LMS effectively
• Prepare and administer assessments and maintain accurate academic records, including attendance and grades
• Provide academic guidance and targeted support to students with varying English proficiency levels
• Contribute to course development, departmental meetings, and continuous curriculum improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching English, preferably within preparatory or foundation programs
• Strong background in academic English instruction and language pedagogy
• Familiarity with Blackboard LMS and other digital teaching tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
