Faculty Member in Adult Medical Nursing

Responsibilities

• Deliver Adult Medical Nursing lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and clinical training
• Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospital and healthcare settings
• Facilitate simulation activities, case-based learning, and clinical skills training
• Teach evidence-based nursing care for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Utilize Blackboard LMS and digital teaching tools for course delivery and assessment
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and constructive feedback to nursing students
• Participate in research, academic conferences, and curriculum development
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards (e.g., NCAAA)

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Nursing with a specialization in Adult Medical Nursing
• Valid professional nursing license or registration
• Proven clinical experience in adult medical nursing
• Experience with Blackboard LMS and digital learning platforms
• Strong clinical and academic expertise in adult medical nursing
• Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing education or academic teaching
• Familiarity with simulation-based teaching methodologies
