Faculty - HR

Responsibilities

• Develop and update HR course content to ensure alignment with industry standards and academy objectives
• Conduct engaging classroom or virtual instructional sessions, including workshops and webinars
• Create comprehensive assessments such as quizzes, exams, projects, and assignments
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance
• Offer academic guidance and support to address student questions and concerns
• Maintain high instructional quality and evaluate teaching methodologies
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, accreditation requirements, and regulations
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field
• Proven teaching experience with a passion for student success
• Deep subject matter expertise in Human Resources
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Ability to engage and motivate students in both physical and online settings
