Faculty - HR

Responsibilities

• Develop and update HR course content to ensure alignment with industry standards and educational objectives
• Conduct engaging classroom or virtual training sessions, including workshops and webinars
• Create assessments such as quizzes, exams, and projects to evaluate student progress
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance
• Offer guidance and support to students to address their academic needs and questions
• Maintain high instructional quality and stay current with HR industry trends through ongoing research
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions
• Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in the field
• Proven teaching or training experience with a passion for student success
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources concepts and practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred Qualifications

• HRCI certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
• SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
