Faculty-Health, Safety and Environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online HSE training programs for corporate clients
• Design and customize course content based on specific client requirements
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs
• Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics including workplace safety, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Ensure all training aligns with international standards and best practices
• Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises
• Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings
• Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional training experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Highfield
• Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences ranging from blue-collar workers to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within training or consulting firms
• Ability to develop new course offerings independently
• Exposure to multiple industries such as construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing
• Previous experience working within the UAE or GCC region
