Faculty - Aviation

Responsibilities

• Deliver IATA-accredited aviation training programs in accordance with international standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct training on airline operations, airport procedures, passenger handling, safety, security protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Facilitate real-time simulations and scenario-based training, including check-in procedures, in-flight service, and emergency handling.
• Train candidates on aviation grooming standards, communication protocols, and professional etiquette.
• Evaluate trainee performance through IATA-aligned assessments, mock exams, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes, including group discussions and interviews.
• Stay updated with global aviation regulations, ICAO/IATA standards, and DGCA guidelines.
• Maintain training documentation, batch progress reports, and certification records.

Requirements

• IATA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, or aviation training institutes).
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Deep understanding of airport operations, including check-in, boarding, and ground services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with training tools or LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate aviation-standard phraseology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as Cabin Crew is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring.
• Exposure to inflight operations and passenger service management.
