Faculty - Aviation

Responsibilities

• Deliver IATA-accredited aviation training programs covering airline operations, airport procedures, and passenger handling.
• Conduct training on safety and security protocols, customer service excellence, and aviation grooming standards.
• Facilitate real-time simulations and scenario-based training, including check-in procedures and emergency handling.
• Evaluate trainee performance through IATA-aligned assessments, mock exams, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes, including group discussions and interviews.
• Stay updated with global aviation regulations, ICAO/IATA standards, and DGCA guidelines.
• Maintain training documentation, batch progress reports, and certification records.

Requirements

• IATA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, or training institutes).
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Expertise in aviation safety, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
• Excellent communication skills and high professional grooming standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as Cabin Crew with exposure to inflight operations.
• Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring.
