Faculty - Aviation

Responsibilities

• Deliver IATA-accredited aviation training programs covering airline operations, airport procedures, passenger handling, and safety protocols.
• Facilitate real-time simulations and scenario-based training, including check-in procedures, in-flight service, and emergency handling.
• Train candidates on aviation grooming standards, communication protocols, and professional etiquette.
• Evaluate trainee performance through IATA-aligned assessments, mock exams, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes, including group discussions and interviews.
• Stay updated with global aviation regulations, ICAO/IATA standards, and DGCA guidelines.
• Maintain training documentation, batch progress reports, and certification records.
• Support curriculum enhancement and business development activities through workshops and seminars.

Requirements

• IATA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, or training institutes).
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, aviation safety, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
• Excellent communication skills and high grooming standards aligned with airline industry expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as Cabin Crew with exposure to inflight operations and passenger service.
• Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring.
