About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes and invoicing tasks
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale customer service
- Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently
- Support the sales department to facilitate growth
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing services
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or related fields
- Proficiency using SAP
- Must reside in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG)
